This is the home of JKC, a construction management company owned by Jon Regnerus and based in Randolph, Wisconsin. Jon has over 15 years of experience in planning, developing and managing construction projects including over $400 million in hospitality development in the last 10 years. Jon also worked 10 years in multiple field positions from laborer to superintendent for a total of over 25 years in the construction industry. Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and has managed projects throughout the United States.
Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin recognized JKC with a Silver Award for their work on The Lodge at Mauston. The Lodge features a hotel and event center with 61 guest rooms, swimming pool, fitness center, and steakhouse. Despite weather challenges, this first-class property was completed without delays.
